At our events, we uphold a culture of respect, tolerance, and professionalism. We expect all participants to treat each other with kindness, following the principles of the golden rule. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or behavior that disrupts event proceedings or causes discomfort to others will not be tolerated. This includes physical, verbal, or sexual harassment, as well as actions that negatively impact our relationships with participants or venues.

To put it plainly, we do not tolerate disruptive behavior. Violations may result in refusal of entry, badge revocation, expulsion from the event, and may be reported to the authorities. We trust that our community members will conduct themselves with integrity and refrain from engaging in behavior that could harm or offend others.

It’s essential to communicate respectfully and refrain from discriminatory language or actions. This encompasses discriminatory jokes, offensive material, personal insults based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics, as well as any form of harassment or unwelcome attention. Additionally, we prohibit disruptive behavior during talks or presentations, as well as any form of intimidation or stalking, whether online or in-person.

In the event of witnessing or experiencing behavior that violates these guidelines, we encourage participants to report it to a staff member promptly. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we are committed to addressing any concerns effectively and confidentially.

By attending our event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved and release the event organizers from any liability for injuries or damages. Your cooperation in adhering to our guidelines ensures a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

For any non-event related concerns, please reach out to us via email.
